Question 1: How does the mobile mechanic service work?
We come to your home, workplace, or wherever your vehicle is located. Simply book a time online, provide your vehicle details, and our mechanic will arrive with the tools needed to diagnose and repair your vehicle on site.
Question 2: What types of vehicles do you service?
We service petrol and diesel vehicles including cars, vans, 4WDs, light trucks, and some small machinery. If you're unsure, just contact us and we’ll confirm.
Question 3: Do I need to bring my car anywhere?
No. Our mechanic comes directly to you. Most servicing, diagnostics, brake work, and repairs can be completed at your home or workplace.
Question 4: How much does a call-out cost?
A $110 booking deposit secures your appointment. This amount is credited toward the final invoice if repairs or servicing are completed.
Question 5: What if my vehicle needs major repairs?
If the issue requires workshop equipment, we’ll explain the problem and recommend the best solution. Many repairs can still be completed on site.
Question 6: How quickly can I get an appointment?
Most bookings are available within 24–48 hours depending on location and workload.
